The Seminar was held at the meeting hall of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union in Nay Pyi Taw, at 9:30 AM on 21 September, 2023. And after that Assistant Director, Dr. May Kyawt Mhue and Deputy Staff Officer, Daw May Zar Aung made a presentation on the research paper on the topic of “The Decision of the Supreme Court of India (Writ Petition No.1031/2019)”.
