The Constitutional Tribunal of the Union of Myanmar holds Kathina robe-offering ceremony for 2024

The Constitutional Tribunal of the Union of Myanmar held the 14th Kathina robe-offering ceremony for 2024 at 10:00 am at meeting room no. (2) on 12 November 2024. At the ceremony, present were 9 members of the Sangha led by Sayadaw of Myint Htoo Thar monastery in Ottarathiri Township, Nay Pyi Taw and Chairperson and members of the Constitutional Tribunal, officials and staff attended.
After that, the ceremony was open with recited times and the chairman and all the guests who attended the ceremony followed the five precepts and obeyed the Mettathut Praet Dharma recited by the monks.
Then, the Chairperson and members of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union donated robes and offertories to Sangha respectively. And then, Sayadaw delivered Kathina Anumodana and the congregation shared merits gained, and the ceremony closed with Buddha Sasanan Siyan Theaktatu three times. The Chairperson and members offered day meals to members of the Sangha led by the Sayadaw.
At the 14th Kathina robe-offering ceremony 2024 of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union, donated offerings valued at Ks 3,766,400 including 3 Padethabins.
