Seminar on Constitutional Law and Adjudication Papers of the Consitutional Tribunal of the Union

The Seminar was held at the meeting hall of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union in Nay Pyi Taw, at 9:30 AM on 20 July, 2023. Deputy Director, U Saw Nyi Nyi Lwin presented the research paper on “Constitution of the Republic of Singapore”. And after that Assistant Director, Daw Thandar Yi Lin and Deputy Staff Officer, Daw Yin Myo Win made a presentation on the research paper on the topic of “The Constitutional Decision of the Supreme Court of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan”. After each of the Presenter’s presentation, follow the question and answer session and remarks by each of the coaches. The Chairperson and Members of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union, Permanent Secretary, Deputy Permanent Secretary, Deputy Director General and officials attended.
