The Seminar was held at the meeting hall of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union in Nay Pyi Taw, at 9:30 AM on 6 July, 2023. Deputy Director, Dr. Khine Zar Thwe and Deputy Staff Officer, Daw Aye Ei Ei Khaing presented the research paper on “Constitutional Court of the Democratic Republic of the Congo”. And after that Staff Officer, U Kyaw Linn Aung and Deputy Staff Officer, Daw Hla San Win made a presentation on the research paper on the topic of “Reference Case (No.1/1958)(Constitutional Issue)”. After each of the Presenter’s presentation, follow the question and answer session and remarks by each of the coaches.

The Chairperson and Members of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union, Permanent Secretary, Deputy Permanent Secretary, Deputy Director General and officials attended.
