Nay Pyi Taw, 2023 November 9

  The Seminar was held at the meeting hall of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union in Nay Pyi Taw, at 9:30 AM on 9 November , 2023. Assistant Director, Dr. May Kyawt Mhue and Deputy Staff Officer, Daw Hay Mar Thein presented the research paper on “Execution of Decisions Rendered by The Constitutional Court of Korea : Issues in Execution of Modified Decisions”. And after that Deputy Director, Daw Lai Lai Khaing and Deputy Staff Officer, Daw Khin Mon Htay made a presentation on the research paper on the topic of “ Reference Case No.2 of 1958 decided by the Supreme Court of Myanmar”. After each of the Presenter’s presentation, follow the question and answer session and remarks by coach Dr.Marlar Aung, Member of the Constitutional Tribunal and coach Daw Nan Sandar San, Member of the Constitutional Tribunal.

  The Chairperson and Members of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union, Permanent Secretary, Deputy Permanent Secretary, Deputy Director General and officials attended.
