Seminar on Constitutional Law and Adjudication Papers of the Consitutional Tribunal of the Union

The Seminar was held at the meeting hall of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union in Nay Pyi Taw, at 9:30 am on 24 November, 2022. Deputy Director, Dr. Khaing Zar Thwe and Deputy Staff Officer, Daw May Thandar Soe presented the research paper on “Constitution of South Africa”. And after that Staff Officer, U Ngwe Tun made a presentation on the research paper on the topic of “Decision No. 2/2018 of the Jordan Constitutional Court”. After each of the Presenter’s presentation, follow the question and answer session and remarks by each of the coaches.
The Chairperson and Members of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union, the Permanent Secretary, Deputy Permanent Secretary, Deputy Director General and officials attended.
