Nay Pyi Taw, June 8

   The Seminar was held at the meeting hall of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union in Nay Pyi Taw, at 9:30 AM on 8 June, 2023. Deputy Director, Dr. Chit Aye Aye Kyi and Assistant Director, Daw Ei Lae Naing presented the research paper on “Constitutional Council of Senegal”. And after that Assistant Director, U Myo Myint and Deputy Staff Officer, Daw Khin Mon Htay made a presentation on the research paper on the topic of “Execution of the Constitutional Court’s Decisions: Experience of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan”. After each of the Presenter’s presentation, follow the question and answer session and remarks by each of the coaches. The Chairperson and Members of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union, Permanent Secretary, Deputy Permanent Secretary, Deputy Director General and officials attended.
