Seminar on Constitutional Law and Adjudication Papers of the Consitutional Tribunal of the Union

The Seminar was held at the meeting hall of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union in Nay Pyi Taw, at 9:30 AM on 11 May, 2023. Deputy Director, Dr. Chit Aye Aye Kyi and Deputy Staff Officer , Daw May Zar Aung presented the research paper on “Current Problems in Execution of Judgments: Experiences” which is presented by the Constitutional Court of the Kingdom of Thailand in the 9th Summer School of the AACC members. And after that Deputy Director, Dr. Kyi Kyi Khin and Deputy Staff Officer , Daw Hay Mar Thein made a presentation on the research paper on the topic of “Reference Case (No.1/1952)to the Supreme Court under Section 7 of the Presidential Electoral Act”. After each of the Presenter’s presentation, follow the question and answer session and remarks by each of the coaches. Members of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union, Permenent Secretary, Deputy Permanent Secretary, Deputy Director General and officials attended.
