The Seminar was held at the meeting hall of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union in Nay Pyi Taw, at 9:30 am on the 29th September, 2022. Deputy Director, Daw Chit Aye Aye Kyi presented the research paper on “The Constitution of Nepal”. And after that the Assistant Director, Dr. Khin Thandar Soe and Deputy Staff Officer Daw Hay Mar Thein made a presentation on the research paper on the topic of “Turkiye Constitutional Court’s 5/ 2020 Decision No. 5/ 2020. Review”. After each of the Presenter’s presentation, follow the question and answer session and remarks by each of the coaches.

The Chairperson and Members of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union, the Permanent Secretary and officials attended.
