Nay Pyi Taw, January 26

   The Seminar was held at the meeting hall of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union in Nay Pyi Taw, at 9:30 AM on 26 January, 2023. Deputy Director, Dr. Cho Mar Htay and Assistant Director, Daw Mon Mon San presented the research paper on “Constitution of Germany”. And after that Deputy Director, Daw Chit Aye Aye Kyi and Deputy Staff Officer, Daw May Thandar Soe made a presentation on the research paper on the topic of “Decision of the Mongolia Constitutional Court”. After each of the Presenter’s presentation, follow the question and answer session and remarks by each of the coaches. The Chairperson and Members of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union, the Permanent Secretary, Deputy Permanent Secretary, Deputy Director General and officials attended.
