Nay Pyi Taw, Septemper 7

   The Seminar was held at the meeting hall of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union in Nay Pyi Taw, at 9:30 AM on 7 September, 2023. Director, U Kyaw Zeya and Deputy Staff Officer, Daw Hay Mar Thein presented the research paper on “Special Reference Case No.2/1960 (Constitutional)”. And after that Assistant Director, Daw Ei Ei Soe and Deputy Staff Officer, Daw Hla San Win made a presentation on the research paper on the topic of “Legal Effects of the Judgments on Constitutional Court of Bulgaria – Striking a Balance Between the Supremacy of the Constitution and Legal Certainty”. After each of the Presenter’s presentation, follow the question and answer session and remarks by coach Daw Nan Sandar San, Member of the Constitutional Tribunal and coach Dr. Marlar Aung, Member of the Constitutional Tribunal. The Chairperson and Members of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union, Permanent Secretary, Deputy Permanent Secretary, Deputy Director General and officials attended.
