The Seminar was held at the meeting hall of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union in Nay Pyi Taw, at 10:00 AM on 4 April, 2024. Assistant Director, U Myo Myint presented the research paper on “Reference Case (No.1/1960) (Constitutional Issue)”. After the Presenter’s presentation, follow the question and answer session and remark by coach Daw Nan Sandar San, Member of the Constitutional Tribunal.

Then, Director, U Kyaw Zeya clarified the People’s Military Service Law which are being practiced in Myanmar, the eligiblities and exemptions from enlisting in military.

The Chairperson and Members of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union, Permanent Secretary, Deputy Permanent Secretary, Deputy Director General and officials attended.
