The Seminar was held at the meeting hall of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union in Nay Pyi Taw, at 10:00 AM on 8 August, 2024. Assistant Director, Dr . Khin Thandar Soe and Deputy Staff Officer, Daw May Thandar Soe presented the research paper on “Chan Yu Ta Vs The Government of Union of Burma”. After the presentation, the question and answer session was followed and the coach Daw Nan Sandar San, Member of the Constitutional Tribunal gave her fruitful remark at the end of session.

The Chairperson and Members of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union, Permanent Secretary, Deputy Permanent Secretary, Deputy Director General and officials attended.
