Permanent Secretary of Constitutional Tribunal of the Union attended the Meeting of Secretaries General of the Association of Asian Constitutional Courts and Equivalent Institution (AACC) Via Online

Permanent Secretary U Hla Htay of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union at the Meeting of Secretaries General of the AACC, which is jointly held by the Constitutional Court of the Kingdom of Thailand and the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia attended Via Online at 12:30 PM on September 5th , 2024.
At the meeting, the Chairperson of the Constitutional Court of the Kingdom of Thailand, who is currently serving as President of the AACC gave an opening remarks. The Constitutional Court of the Kingdom of Thailand discussed activities during his term as President of the AACC. And then, the Permanent Secretariats that are the Secretarial for Planning and Coordination and the Center for Training and Human Resources Development reported the activities and discussed the proposals to further develop and strength. After that, the draft of Bangkok Declaration was prepared, that Declaration will be discussed of the Board of Member Meeting and will publish in the 6th Congress.
Today, there are 31 participants representatives from 14 member states attended in Meeting of Secretaries General of the AACC and the meeting was adjourned at 2:30 PM.
