Myanmar delegation led by Member H.E Mr. Khin Maung Oo of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union of Myanmar participated to AACC-CCJA Joint Conference and the 5th Congress of WCCJ(AACC) which held in Bali, Indonesia, on 4 to 6 October via videoconferencing.

The theme of AACC-CCJA Joint Conference is “Promoting Asian- African Cooperation for People’s Fundamental Rights” and at the Joint Conference the Chairmen, Chief Justices, Presidents of the Constitutional Courts, Councils, Tribunals and Chambers from 16member countries of AACC and 24member countries of CCJA, and Legal Professionals joined and exchanged their experiences.

The theme of the 5th Congress of WCCJ is “Constitutional Justice and Peace” which was hosted by the Constitutional Court of Indonesia, and Venice Commission on October 5th to 6th. In the 5th Congress of WCCJ, the Chairmen, Chief Justices, Presidents of the Constitutional Courts, Councils and Chambers from 98member countries, and Legal Professionals joined and exchanged their experiences.

H.E Mr. Khin Maung Oo, Member of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union of Myanmar with Director Mr. Aung Kyaw Soe, Assistant Director Dr. May Hsu Hlaing and Staff Officer Mr. Ngwe Tun also participated to the Congress.
