The Seminar was held at the meeting hall of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union in Nay Pyi Taw, at 9:30 AM on 27 April, 2023. Deputy Director, Dr. Cho Mar Htay and Deputy Staff Officer , Daw Yin Myo Win presented the research paper on “Constitution Court of Palestine”. And after that Director, U Kyaw Zeya and Deputy Staff Officer , Daw Aye Ei Ei Khaing made a presentation on the research paper on the topic of “Reference Case No.1/1948(Constitutional Issue)”.

The 12th anniversary ceremony of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union was held this evening at the office of the Constitutional Tribunal room no.2.
The ceremony was attended by the Chairperson U Tha Htay, members, distinguished guests, the Permanent secretary, the Deputy Permanent secretary, the Deputy Director and staff, officials and the Chairperson delivering the opening speech.

Deputy Director, U Aung Si Thu presented the research paper on “Constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar (2008)”. And after that Assistant Director, Dr. May Hsu Hlaing and Deputy Officer , Daw Aye Ei Ei Khaing made a presentation on the research paper on the topic of “Decision of the Supreme Court of the Philippines”.

Deputy Director, Daw Nant Yin Yin Nwe and Staff Officer, U Ngwe Tun presented the research paper on “Constitutionl Court of Luxembourg”. And after that Deputy Director, Dr. Khaing Zar Thwe and Superintendent , Daw Phyo Kay Khaing made a presentation on the research paper on the topic of “Current Problem in Execution of Judgments: Constitutional Justice (Malaysia)”.
A ceremony to offer religious titles for 2023 was held in conjunction with the rice offering ceremony at Sasana Maha Beikman in the precinct of Uppatasanti Pagoda in Nay Pyi Taw on 5 March 2023, attended by Chairperson and members of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union, Permanent Secretary and staff.
